At present, all accounts are locked with their current email addresses, so your email address is not currently editable.
If you have to use another email address, you can create a new Ledn account with the new email and, once approved, you will be able to migrate the balance on the Transaction accounts, as applicable, by sending from the old account to the new account.
Any active Ledn Loans will need to remain in the old account until closure.
Once the balances have been transferred and there are no active loans in the old account, please contact our client success team at email@example.com to order the closure of the old account.
It is important to note that, presently, only one account per individual is allowed, and the scenario described above only applies for clients who are in the process of migrating their assets to an account under a different email address.
