Active Loan Clients: Clients with $250,000 USD or more in active outstanding loans.

Ledn Private Wealth clients enjoy a variety of benefits, including:
Priority Support & Access:
- Relationship Manager: A dedicated Ledn Relationship Manager to assist with your individual needs.
- Priority Support: Direct access to your Relationship Manager for any support requests.
- Prioritized Transactions: Expedited processing of withdrawals and loan transactions, including disbursements.
- Exclusive Access & Content: Invitations to Ledn events, conferences and management check ins.
Custom Pricing & Services:
- Custom Rates: Custom negotiated rates on new loans over $1 million USD.
- Additional Monthly Rebalance: One complimentary loan rebalance per month back to 50% when the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio reaches 40%. This is in addition to our standard loan rebalancing terms available to all clients.

How do I access the Ledn Private Wealth program?
If you meet the eligibility criteria of having $250K or more in active loans, you will be automatically enrolled in the Ledn Private Wealth program. You will receive a welcome email outlining the program benefits and instructions on contacting your dedicated Relationship Manager.

What if I don't meet the eligibility criteria for Ledn Private Wealth?
All clients will still receive access to Ledn’s products and services available in their jurisdiction, including customer support.

You can submit support requests through the dedicated Private Wealth email address that you will be provided, and your Relationship Manager will respond promptly.

What is the difference between Ledn's customer support and Private Wealth support?
Ledn's customer support is available to all clients via the Ledn Help Centre and email.
Private Wealth support provides direct access to your dedicated Relationship Manager, who can offer personalized assistance and expedited resolution of any issues.
