Hardware key authentication on Ledn uses the WebAuthn standard, which is supported by most modern browsers on desktop. To use a hardware key, you must be on a supported desktop browser.

Google Chrome (latest version) ✓
Mozilla Firefox (latest version) ✓
Microsoft Edge (latest version) ✓
Not currently supported:
Safari has limited WebAuthn support. Hardware key authentication may not work reliably
Mobile browsers are not supported for hardware key authentication at this time
Using Ledn on mobile:
If you have hardware key MFA enabled and need to perform an operation on a mobile device, please switch to a supported desktop browser. If you have an urgent need and do not have desktop access, please contact Ledn Support.
