How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page
On the login screen, click “Forgot your password?” under the email and password fields.Request a reset code
Enter the email associated with your Ledn account and click “Submit Code.” A verification code will be sent to you.Enter the verification code
Retrieve the code and enter it in the designated field on the Ledn platform.Set a new password
Create a password that meets all criteria:Minimum 16 characters
A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
Confirm the new password to complete the reset.
Log in with your new password
Return to the login page and sign in.
Where will I receive the reset code?
If your 2FA is Token‑Based (TOTP)/ Hardware Keys : Password reset codes will be sent over SMS.
If your 2FA is SMS‑Based: Password reset codes will be sent over email.
Reset codes are delivered by email or SMS depending on your security settings.
