As soon as you suspect that your email has been compromised, please contact our Client Success team through the Help Center or by email.
Once our team has reviewed your report, our team will take appropriate protective steps to help secure your account.
Step 2: Secure Your Email Address
Change Your Email Password
If your email account has been compromised, change your password immediately. Choose a strong and unique password that is not used for any other accounts.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Once your email is secured, enable 2FA on your email account for an additional layer of protection. Most email providers support authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
Review Your Email Account for Suspicious Activity
Review your email account settings for any unauthorized changes or suspicious activity and remove anything you do not recognize.
