Submit a Request for Token 2FA Reset:
- Go to the Help Center and submit a request, specifying that you need a reset for your TOTP/ Token 2FA.
- Our Client Success team will provide you with detailed instructions and any specific requirements needed to reset your Token 2FA.
- Note: In some cases, you may be asked to participate in a security video call as an additional verification step to safeguard your account.

Re-enable Token 2FA After Reset (for Better Security):
- Once your Token 2FA has been reset, we recommend you re-enable it to maintain high security for your account. Follow the steps outlined in the article How Do I Set Up My Token 2FA? to configure Token 2FA again.
